Childrens Easter Cookies

Happy Easter!!!!!!

This year we hosted Easter at our home and there were several children in attendance, so I thought that it would be fun to have some fun cookies decorated just for them.  We did, chicks, bunnies, eggs, carrots, chevron eggs etc. and almost all of them were done with a simple egg shaped cookie cutter. The bunnies  were the heavy favorite! :)

This year, I wanted to try some more ornate egg cookies since I had seen several on pinterest that were just beautiful!  The ones with the lacework and the bunnies turned out to be my favorites!

It is officially sacrament season and patterned cross cookies seem to be the heavy favorite!  Even white accents on white are a simple and beautiful way to celebrate.  There are so many different patterns, the possibilities are endless!

 

 

 

 

 

Texas 50th

Western Birthday!

 

Sometimes my orders are a little unconventional.  This was a request for a  50th birthday celebration.  She was having a western boot themed birthday party, was a lover of wine and tennis, and lives in Texas.  Those are some interesting things to tie together, but I think that they turned out pretty cute in the end!  Happy 50th Birthday!
